  • Comfortable, stretchy clothing — Think yoga pants, leggings, or loose athletic shorts.
  • A fitted but flexible top — A tank top or T-shirt that allows your therapist to observe your posture, abdomen, and hip alignment.
  • Supportive undergarments — A comfortable maternity bra and, if you have one, light compression or maternity leggings for support.
  • Avoid jeans or restrictive clothing, since your therapist will likely guide you through movement, stretches, and positioning exercises.
