We do not require a referral. However, we welcome information from your physician or specialist to support coordinated care. In addition by consented request we can provide summary notes and treatment planning to your other physicians and specialists.

Not always. Internal evaluation is performed when indicated, safe, and consented to, it helps with precise diagnosis and treatment.

It depends on your condition, severity, and goals. Some people see significant improvement in a few visits; others may require a longer program.

Kaizen Pelvic Wellness does not accept insurance directly however we can provide you with an itemized bill you may self submit for reimbursement. Many insurance plans cover pelvic health physical therapy, it is not guaranteed, we recommend calling your insurance company. 

Yes, we aim to reintegrate movement and gradually resume activity based on your progress and goals. Any suggested limitations will be discussed during your consultation and updated during continued assessments.
